All services are delivered as project-based consulting engagements unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

To perform consulting services effectively, clients agree to provide accurate and complete information requested during the engagement.

This may include financial documents such as:

  • Profit and Loss statements

  • Payroll summaries

  • Contractor costs

  • Revenue breakdowns

  • Other relevant financial or operational information

Northsight Financial Consulting relies on the accuracy of client-provided information and is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations contained within such data.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for consulting services will be agreed upon prior to the start of the engagement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment may be required in full prior to the commencement of services.

  • All fees are listed in USD.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Invoices must be paid according to the terms outlined in the engagement agreement.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting services, all sales are final once work has commenced.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • billing errors

  • duplicate payments

Requests for review must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

5. Nature of Consulting Services

Northsight Financial Consulting provides general business consulting and financial analysis services.

We do not provide:

  • legal advice

  • tax advice

  • investment advice

  • accounting services requiring licensure

Clients are encouraged to consult their legal, tax, or accounting professionals before implementing financial decisions.

6. No Guarantee of Results

All analyses, models, and recommendations are based on the information provided and our professional judgment.

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Therefore:

Northsight Financial Consulting does not guarantee specific financial results, business outcomes, or performance improvements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northsight Financial Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific consulting engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

All models, reports, materials, and analyses created by Northsight Financial Consulting remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.

Materials may not be resold, redistributed, or published without written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose proprietary business information to third parties except where required by law.

Clients agree not to publicly distribute or misrepresent consulting materials without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
